What this covers.
Building an application around a defined need: the user journeys, the data model, the integrations, the access control and the operational side. We design for the second year as well as the first, because most of the cost of an application arrives after it is delivered.
How it runs.
A short discovery to establish what the application has to do and for whom, then delivery in increments you can use and comment on. Testing, documentation and deployment are part of each increment rather than a phase at the end. Whoever will maintain it is involved before handover, not at it.
Where it fits.
When the requirement is genuinely specific to how you operate and no configurable product covers it. Where one does, we will say so; building something that already exists is an expensive way to get a familiar result.
