We build software around the work that matters.

A product business with delivery expertise.

Our product portfolio supports the way organisations work: DesQ coordinates workplaces, Rovix connects recruitment and talent operations, and Servexa brings service delivery and commercial control together. Each starts with a recognisable process and the people responsible for making it work.

The wider system matters too.

Software sits within an organisation’s data, identity, infrastructure and working practices. Our consulting, implementation, engineering and team services help address those surrounding requirements, whether the programme centres on our products or on technology you already use.

How we approach an engagement.

We begin by understanding the operation, the decisions people make and the points where work changes hands. We then agree the scope, configuration, integration and delivery responsibilities. Clear acceptance criteria and a practical handover make the result easier to run and improve.

A useful first conversation.

Bring a workflow, a business requirement or a system that is proving difficult to change. We can explore the fit of a product, the shape of an implementation or the expertise needed for a specific piece of work.
