Make the next technology decision a clear one.
Assess your current systems, compare practical options and define a roadmap tied to business priorities.
What this covers.
An assessment of the systems you run, what they cost to keep running, where they overlap and where they leave gaps. Then options, with the trade-offs stated plainly, and a sequence that can be started without committing to all of it. We look at the operating side as well as the technical: who supports what, and whether that is sustainable.
How it runs.
A few weeks, not a few months. Interviews with the people who actually use and support the systems, a review of contracts, licences and support arrangements, and a look at the real usage rather than the intended usage. You get a written position and a conversation about it, not a slide pack read aloud.
Where it fits.
Before a large purchase, after an acquisition, when support costs have grown without anybody deciding they should, or when several departments are each about to solve the same problem separately. It is not the right service if the decision is already made and what you need is delivery.
What you get, and what it depends on.
A written assessment, an options comparison with the trade-offs stated, and a sequence you can start. It depends on access to the people who support the systems, not only the people who own them, and on being shown the contracts rather than told about them.
How we can work together
The model is chosen to suit the work, not to suit us. We will tell you when a fixed price is the wrong instrument.
Assessment
A fixed scope review of a defined estate, with a written output.
Advisory retainer
A standing call on our time for decisions as they arise.
Second opinion
A short review of a decision already drafted, before it is committed.

Bring us the process you want to improve. We’ll explore the product, technology and delivery work it needs.
