Enterprise software. Thoughtful delivery.
Luminous / Enterprise intelligence

Ask in your own words. Act on what comes back.

Answers grounded in approved knowledge and shown with their sources, dashboards built from the systems you already run, and automation that turns a signal into an action, inside the access, cost and audit controls an enterprise needs.

Follow the work

01

Connect

Bring in the systems and documents that hold the answer, with schema discovery and a data dictionary.

02

Govern

Set the workspace, the roles, the data boundaries, the model routing and the budget before anybody asks anything.

03

Ask

People ask in their own words and get an answer with its source, or a dashboard they can drill into.

04

Act

A rule turns the finding into a notification, a webhook or a ticket, and the audit trail records what happened.

An illustrative workflow. The sequence and controls are configured for the agreed scope.

The problem

The work Luminous helps you coordinate

The answer already exists. Finding it does not scale.

Policies, contracts, drawings, tickets and dashboards live in different systems, and the person who needs the answer is rarely the person who knows where it is kept.

An answer nobody can check is an opinion.

Without the source beside it, a confident answer reads exactly like a wrong one. Neither an operator nor an auditor can act on something they cannot trace.

Ungoverned AI becomes an unbudgeted bill.

Model choice, usage and spend drift when nobody owns them, and quality has nothing to improve against without a loop that observes it.

Capabilities

What Luminous does

Answers with their sources attached

Assistants answer from a curated knowledge base rather than from the open internet, and cite the document and passage they used, so an answer can be checked before it is acted on.

One assistant, configured per audience

Each assistant carries its own knowledge, connectors, permissions, model settings, response style and deployment, from an internal helpdesk to an embeddable public widget. Tone is a separate control from expertise, so the same capability can answer an employee and an analyst appropriately.

Curated skills, not a general chatbot

Skills package reusable domain expertise for areas such as HR, IT service management, facilities, finance, risk, compliance and operations, with compatibility rules, expiry, review and approval so a skill cannot be applied where it does not belong.

Dashboards generated from connected data

A business objective becomes a starting dashboard through a governed generation pipeline, then stays editable: widget library, layout, filters, drill down, cross filtering, versioning and scheduled refresh.

Ask the data in plain language

Conversational analysis over connected sources, with voice and image input where it helps, in more than one language, and a semantic model underneath so a question about revenue means the same thing every time.

Connectors to the systems you already run

Databases, service management platforms, REST APIs, files and an optional on premises agent for data that should not leave the building, with schema discovery, a data dictionary, canonical entities and connector health monitoring.

Signals that become actions

Trigger, condition and action rules turn a threshold into a notification, a webhook or a ticket, so an insight does not stop at somebody noticing it.

An AI control layer that somebody owns

Model routing by task, workspace budgets and usage limits, feedback review and quality evaluation, safety and policy boundaries, and an audit trail across operational, configuration and access events.

Modules

How Luminous is put together

Conversation

The chat layer: knowledge ingestion and curation, retrieval with citations, live data tools alongside knowledge answers, and multimodal and voice interaction.

Bots and skills

Bot configuration, tone control and audience modes, prompt directives, the curated skill catalogue, skill targeting, the governance lifecycle and a standards library skills can be anchored to.

Dashboards and analytics

AI dashboard generation, the chart and widget library, widget configuration and layout, ask data, filters and drill down, sharing and embedding, exports, reliability controls and adoption analytics.

Connectors and the data model

The connector marketplace, onboarding and sync, schema discovery and the data dictionary, the semantic layer, canonical entities and crosswalks, metric definitions, and the on premises agent.

Automation and operations

Trigger, condition and action rules, alerts, notifications and webhooks, the operational control centre, and data and integration health.

Governance

Workspaces and role based access, audit and accountability, security and identity, privacy and data boundaries, and the AI control centre covering routing, budgets, quality and safety.
